Here are some of the things we do to make sure that you can use our services with peace of mind.


Our clients are worldwide; however, there are requirements to hold specific licences and be authorised in certain countries. Therefore, we make sure those regulations and licences are in place through our various institutional providers, allowing us to work with customers based in the UK, America, Canada, Europe, Dubai and Australia, to name just a few countries and regions we operate in.

In the UK, all our partners are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the issuing of electronic money and the provision of payment services.

Our payment providers are registered and regulated with FinCEN in the USA and authorized to provide domestic and international money transmitting services in all 50 states.

Through their electronic money licence, we also have the facility to hold your money on account before and after you have exchanged your money. We offer this service free of charge and this licence means your money is secure and protected and held in a tier one bank account.


Security of funds is of paramount importance to us which is why all funds are safeguarded by our FCA-regulated e-money partners at a credit institution, and no funds are paid into our own company bank accounts so in the unlikely event of the company ceasing to exist, your money remains protected.

When funds are posted to your account, in line with regulatory requirements, the regulated payment/e-money institutions who we work with safeguard your funds. This means that the funds shown in your payment account or e-wallet are held at reputable banks or covered by an insurance policy, and most importantly, are protected for you in the event of our partner Currency Cloud or Equals Connect, or our own insolvency. Our partners stop safeguarding your funds when the money has been paid out of your account to your beneficiary’s account. The online platform and operational security are certified under ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and there are robust processes in place to protect the systems. The platform features an extra layer of security with the use of two-step authentication and multi-factor authentication.

There is also complete visibility on the online platform; you can view your trade history, incoming and outgoing payments, and beneficiary details.
